Amazon Online Learning

From mid-2022 to early 2023, I was a UX designer for Amazon Online Learning, a web platform for 100+ online courses on diverse technology-related subjects from data analytics fundamentals to advanced AWS topics since 2021. I was responsible for leading the design process on learner functionality such as revamping detail pages for paid courses introduced in 2022 and the implementation of certificates for course completion. In December 2022, the difficult decision was made to discontinue Amazon Online Learning, ending access in April 2023.

MY ROLE

Learn more about my involvement

Over the course of my involvement on Amazon Online Learning, I designed and shipped functionality including but not limited to the implementation of certificates for completing courses, course previewing, and improvements to course detail pages to better advertise paid courses. Simultaneously, I also designed marketing and creative collateral for email and Amazon.com campaigns.

Due to the strict nature of Amazon’s non-disclosure agreement, I can’t share thorough details about my design process on my website. More specific information on my research, concepts, designs, and workshops for Amazon Online Learning can be shared privately in a portfolio presentation upon request by emailing me.
